Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Pioneer Valley Wildlife Services.

My name is Paul Dube, and I have dedicated nearly two decades of my professional career to pest and wildlife management. Throughout that time, I have worked in various capacities within the industry, beginning as a field technician and advancing into management and technical director positions. My experience has included developing pest management protocols, training service professionals, and providing technical guidance on complex pest, rodent, and wildlife management challenges throughout New England.

I established my business around a straightforward philosophy: effective wildlife management requires more than simply removing an animal. It requires understanding the species, its behavior, the surrounding environment, and the conditions contributing to the problem.

Today, I bring that combination of technical knowledge, industry experience, and practical field expertise directly to homeowners, businesses, property managers, and organizations throughout Western Massachusetts.

As a locally owned and operated business, I believe in providing a level of personal attention, accountability, and professional integrity that can sometimes be lost with larger service companies. When you contact Pioneer Valley Wildlife Services, you're working directly with an experienced professional who takes the time to evaluate your concerns, explain the findings, and recommend solutions appropriate for your property.

My approach is grounded in wildlife biology, sound management principles, responsible control practices, and real-world experience. Whether addressing an active wildlife intrusion, investigating recurring animal activity, developing an exclusion strategy, or providing independent consulting services, my goal is to offer informed guidance and practical, long-term solutions.

I take pride in the reputation I have built throughout the Pioneer Valley and remain committed to continuing my professional development while providing knowledgeable, dependable wildlife management services to the communities I serve.

Thank you for supporting a locally owned business and for considering Pioneer Valley Wildlife Services for your wildlife management, inspection, and consulting needs.
